Return & Exchange Policy
At Up & Tumble Co., we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy below:
Returns & Exchanges on Full-Price Items
Returns or exchanges are accepted for full-price items within 30 days of the order date.
Items must be unwashed, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Final Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This policy includes any discounted or promotional items purchased during special sales events.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email us at becky@upandtumble.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
We will provide you with detailed instructions, including a return address.
Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at becky@upandtumble.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
Additional Information
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our return policy requirements.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
