Return & Exchange Policy

At Up & Tumble Co., we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy below:

Returns & Exchanges on Full-Price Items

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted for full-price items within 30 days of the order date.

  • Items must be unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Final Sale Items

  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • This policy includes any discounted or promotional items purchased during special sales events.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at becky@upandtumble.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. We will provide you with detailed instructions, including a return address.

  3. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at becky@upandtumble.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Additional Information

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our return policy requirements.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
